LoadHaus is operated by BilBro Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales. You can contact us at jack@loadhaus.co.uk.
The service
LoadHaus is a free informational tool that estimates whether a tipper job is likely to be worth taking. You enter details of a job and we calculate an estimated distance, fuel cost and profitability, with a simple WORK or PARK indication. There is no account and no sign-up.
Estimates only — not advice, not a quote
The figures LoadHaus produces are estimates for general guidance only. They are built from industry-average assumptions and third-party data (for example, mapping data from Google and public fuel-price data), and from the inputs you provide. They are not financial advice, not professional advice, and not a guaranteed quote or an offer.
Real-world costs and earnings vary with many factors we cannot see. You are responsible for your own commercial decisions and should apply your own judgement and checks before accepting or pricing any job. You rely on the estimates at your own risk.
Availability and accuracy
We provide the tool on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any business losses — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost or unprofitable contracts, fuel or running costs, or wasted expenditure — or for any loss arising from a decision you make in reliance on the tool; and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
LoadHaus is intended for business and commercial use. If you use it as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use LoadHaus for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
- disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
- scrape, bulk-extract, or systematically harvest data or results;
- copy, resell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the tool except as permitted by law; or
- present the tool or its output as your own or in a misleading way.
Intellectual property
LoadHaus, the LoadHaus name and logo, the application, its design and its source code are owned by BilBro Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the tool for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Third-party data and attributions
- Mapping, distance and elevation data are provided by Google and are subject to Google’s terms.
- Fuel-price information is derived from the UK Government’s Fuel Finder data, which contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
- Estimates also use industry-average figures and assumptions, summarised in the on-screen notes.
Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle data. In short: no accounts and we don’t store your job inputs; analytics are optional and only run if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will change the ‘last updated’ date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of LoadHaus, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
